ZillowVERIFIED Mandy is awesome. We were selling my parents old home, now jointly owned by my mother, brother and myself. The home was dated and had not been improved upon since the early 1980s. Additionally, none of us are local. Mandy ran the comps on the house and targeted two buyer groups, homeowners and investors, to maximize our selling opportunities. She explained the strategies and set realistic targets. Throughout the process, she was always in communication with us via e-mail, text, and phone. She was timely with sending us information and always available to answer questions. When we hit complications, she was always ready to problem solve and adjust the strategy. She used a repair guy who was great as well. She helped us coordinate all the document signings, which required six signatures not just three. On top of all that, she was professional and pleasant, and at times, the voice of reason. It was a pleasure working with her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Mandy is at the top of her class. 10/10!

She especially helped me on closing day as the seller was uncooperative and had not moved all of his items out of the house. She paid for a maid to do a deep clean and also paid for a mower when the seller refused to mow. She also ensured the mirror that was stolen was replaced. She has been very helpful providing me references for services and also was very timely all throughout the process. I would have appreciated her being a bit more zealous in negotiations after the inspection but other than that she was top notch.

My wife and I were very nervous to wade into the waters of the home buying process and Mandy made what we thought would be a long and confusing process so simple. She was very knowledgeable and explained each step in depth, so we always knew what we were doing and what was coming next. She is very responsive and answered calls, texts and emails usually with in just a few minutes of me sending them. Mandy was very flexible and understood that my wife and I both worked full time jobs and followed up with us frequently to ensure that we were moving along in the process. She was even accessible on the weekends to help answer questions.
