The only way I can describe my experience with Gretchen is simply amazing. With my wife being a teacher and off for the summer, buying a home was her main focus and she had plenty of time to make it that way. My wife started inquiring about homes first thing in the morning after getting approved. We were very impressed with how fast Gretchen reached out, especially given how obnoxiously early my wife was inquiring about homes. Not only is Gretchen friendly, but she is a go getter and never slacked. Gretchen would send us emails as soon as homes went on the market and was able to get us in to see them the same day we would text her. After looking at a few homes and getting a chance to talk to Gretchen even more she informed my wife about home buying programs she was able to qualify for being a teacher... those programs saved us money! From that first phone call all the way till we closed, Gretchen was there to answer questions and helped get my family in a home that was perfect for us. I would highly recommend working with Gretchen.
