Being an expert in the industry for the past 20 years was proven during the selling experience. At the beginning, he thoroughly explained the process of selling our condo. As this was the first time that I sold a property, going through all of the steps in the process was very helpful and informative. He was very responsive to all of my texts - regardless of the day and/or time that they were sent. He kept me informed of all of the requests made by the future owner - including asking for a visit so that measurements could be taken for new flooring to be ordered. I would recommend John Williams in the future for anyone interested in selling their property. It was a positive interaction and a smooth transaction overall.

John was recommended to us from some friends, who had just worked with him, and from when we first spoke we knew he was the realtor for us.
