RE/MAX Diversity

It was a pleasure working with Joshawa Smith. We were selling our fathers home and expected some challenges. Josh made the process easier than expected. Excellent communication. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Josh if youre looking to buy or sell.

Josh listened to us as we described our dream house and then set up a portal to help us find it. He is extremely knowledgeable about construction and helped us avoid a few houses that had serious issues like foundation and/or moisture problems. By far the best experience we've ever had with a realtor.

Josh was outstanding to work with. He help us sell our home and buy a condo. He went above and beyond for us! If your looking for a honest, reliable, informative, hardworking realtor look no further!! He will make your dreams a reality!

I used Josh both for buying a new condo, and selling my previous home. He did an amazing job getting us exactly what we wanted! He and his staff were quick, easily accessible, and extremely helpful with both processes. I will 100% recommend Josh to anyone I know looking for an agent.

Josh is a real one. I mean you, expect every realtor to do their job and explain the process and help you find your first house, but Josh had the experience and expertise to call out faults before i could see em, and refused to let me make a bad deal and was honest when it came to the likely conditions of hidden dangers and potential problems. He guided me in the right direction toward great bargains and reliable people and encouraged me when I had my doubts. Would reccomend to anyone.
