Walter did an AMAZING job in helping me buy my very first apartment! Full disclosure he is my husband. He owned a one bedroom coop before we got married and have been living here for the past several years. Over time our apartment felt more and more cluttered. Then we got a cat! So now it feels even more cluttered. We began searching for an apartment last summer and after months of looking and have a few apartments that fell through the cracks we found exactly what we were looking for! I am so happy to be a homeowner! Now we are renovating the new apartment before we move in!

Walter did a FANTASTIC job in selling my condo. I found his information online and we scheduled to meet that same week. I was looking to downsize from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. Walter was there every step of the way helping me put my condo up for sale and in a few weeks we got an offer way above my asking price. A few months later we finally close! Now it's on to step two which was finding a one bedroom apartment for me to purchase. I signed a new contract to buy another apartment a few weeks ago and then sat down with Walter to review my application before submitting it to the management office. We are now waiting for them to process my application on my purchase. Walter was very helpful in both selling my apartment and helping me buy my new place.
