Brett, was that non-pressure, yet persistent professional I didn't think existed in this saturated industry. To add fuel to the symbolic fire, we have a one year old, which stressed momma out leading up to the process mainly because of the "Unknowns" when buying your first home. Brett was always reachable, which was important to me and my wife, but more importantly he had a whole arsenal of professionals for all the different aspects of the home buying process like inspectors, lenders, insurance brokers etc. All involved were very patient with my questions, usually stirred up from my idiot friends who obviously know everything about buying a house and Brett would take the time to hear the ridiculous questions I was told to ask and patiently explain them so that I could convey them to my better half. The market in South Florida is aggressive! Brett's spot on advice made me feel confident enough to engage like Ricky Bobby, He helped negotiate a killer deal as if it was his house on the line and I knew he was in my corner of the ring through the entire process. We closed on time, on budget with a big seller credit applied at closing, and now own a home that greatly exceeded my expectations!
