ZillowVERIFIED I can not express enough how much we appreciate everything that Brett Colby has done in selling my mom's house. Everything from start to finish went seamlessly. He keep us informed from start to finish. We can not wait for him to find the perfect house for her when she is ready. He is truly a blessing when it comes to buying and selling real estate because of all of the hard work and knowledge he has. If we could give him more stars we would. He is everything you want in an agent when making such a major live decision.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett is a miracle worker! He got us the house of our dreams that we thought we had no chance of getting by getting us pre-qualified in hours (after-hours) and negotiating such great terms that the realtor said she chose us (even though we werent the highest offer) because she wanted to work with him! He has the best team and resources in the business. He communicates all options in all aspects from start to finish. If you are looking to buy or sell in this crazy market, you need to have Brett as your representative. Period. We couldnt be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED From buying my first to then selling it Brett has created opportunity for my family and I, I never would have imagined. Being a single mom right out of nursing school Brett walked me through every step of the way and I was able to buy my first beautiful home all by myself. Having a beautiful home for my kids and I and creating lasting memories. Four short years later Brett sold my home with no stress quicker then I ever imagined a seamless process and made an amazing profit. This guy is definitely the best in the business!!

From dealing with an unprofessional lender to being able to close before our deadline, I can honestly say it wouldn't have happened with any other agent. I wouldnt do real estate business with anyone else. Looking forward to the next one.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett is a true professional and such a pleasure to work with. His years of experience make you feel very comfortable and his strategys just get the job done. Brett and his team went above and beyond to get our house on the market quick. This lead to over 40 showings and 12 offers in only a couple of days. His extensive knowledge lead us to selecting the best overall offer, that lead to a quick closing with no hiccups. He always has his clients best interest in mind. ZillowVERIFIED Brett has a successful system in real estate that I have never seen before. His team is very professional proficient and on top of the most minute details. He used the Matt Weaver team and I had my house closed in 18 days. This was the smoothest real estate transaction Ive ever had. Thank you Brett and all your team

ZillowVERIFIED First Class from Start to Finish! They say a true professional is passionate about what they do and they care. Brett Colby takes that to an entirely new level, he guides you from the heart but leads with his head. His experience is unparalleled in the industry and we both feel more informed about home buying after our time working with him. He was systematic, detailed and incredibly organized throughout the entire process and he went to battle every time we asked or needed him too. Finding a forever home was only a far dream for us, but Brett made this happen while checking all the boxes! Thank you Brett for defining what going the extra mile really is when it comes to clients satisfaction, you truly are the best in the business.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I searched for almost a year with another agent to buy a new home. The agent was a wonderful man but he didnt listen to what our needs were and much time was waisted because of that. We decided to switch over and use Brett Colby. In under 2 weeks we had a house that checked off all the boxes that we were looking for and quickly under contract and as of today closed and in our new home. I dont know if they give out a agent of the year award but this man should get it if they do. He listens to the needs and wants of his clients. He negotiates like a monster (in a good way) he is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. He crosses all the Ts and dots all the Is. He knows the market, he knows what you should pay as a buyer and makes sure to get the price to that number. He is extremely friendly and down to earth and he makes the client feel like they are they most important part of the entire process. If you hire the best you will end up with the best outcome. Brett is the best! I highly recommend Brett Colby!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brett is the Pat Riley of Real Estate in South Florida. I have leaned on Brett multiple times in the past 4 years; from the transaction of buying my first home to random requests for advice while being a home owner to starting the process of selling a house while going through a divorce. Brett explained everything down to the finest details and gave me the peace of mind I needed. Brett was in a tough spot, he had to balance and be a mediator on some aspects between me and my ex wife and I knew he would handle any issues with her with care and with our best interest at heart. He made this complicated process so simple for the both of us. I look forward to buying my next property very shortly and it's a no brainer who I'll be clapping for during the closing for my next property. Thank you Brett!

ZillowVERIFIED I called Brett and told him I was thinking about listing my home. He showed up with local comps, and researched County records for any liens or incomplete permits or issues that could complicate a sale. We listed with him and had a full price offer in 12 hours. The man knows his stuff. Quick to reply to phone calls and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Brett and his team rock.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our second time using Brett and both experiences were great! We reached out to him and shared our interest in selling our home, but was hesitant due to COVID cases on the rise. He had clients who were looking for exactly what our home had to offer and asked if we had any interest in showing them the property. We allowed him to do so and they presented an offer that same day! We found a new home shortly after and Brett got us right in, effortlessly! Brett was always available to us by phone and e-mail no matter what day or time it was. There were so many moving parts and he made every single aspect of the process so smooth. We are so grateful we hired Brett to help us achieve our real estate goals. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!

ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting with Brett, he put our mind at ease especially that we decided to put our home on the market during Covid 19. He assured us that the people that would be out looking are serious buyers and he also ensured that all protective items were at my house for each potential buyer. We did have a few conversations about listing price but once again Brett came through with the knowledge only an experienced Real Estate Agent would have and he helped us price our home right to attract more buyers but still able to obtain the funds we needed to move onto our new home. We ended up with 6 total offers, some at full price and some over listing price. He once again went through all the offers one by one since it is not only the amount offered that is important but all the conditions of the sale and stability of the buyer. When all was said and done we sold to a wonderful young couple and are thrilled they will make memories in a home we loved so much. Brett also found the perfect home for my husband and I to start our new chapter in life. This was the simplest, most seamless process my husband and I have experienced when either selling or buying real estate. W3 did both with Brett and he is definitely a leader in his field !!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brett helped me sell my house 2 years ago, sight unseen, at my asking price. He is amazing at what he does!!! Just a month ago, he not only helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for, but as soon as we did, he found the house in less than 24 hours. We knew as soon as we walked in the door! He managed to get us seller credits and somehow pulled off a quick closing in the midst of the pandemic when people were closing their doors to walkthroughs. We did a curbside closing and happily took our keys! As we settle in to our new home, Brett is still present to guide us through the homeowner experience. He is wonderful and I would recommend him to ANYONE! I will never use another realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett Colby was very professional from the moment we had our first phone conversation until our simultaneous closing. I was very hesitate on the thought of being able to do this. My thoughts were "There are too many moving parts for this to be possible." From the very beginning he was confident, and in his experience, and knowledge of the industry, he executed it perfectly. There was not a time throughout process that he was not available for our family making us feel we were apart of his own. There were many times where I asked questions that I know he did not have to go out of his way to answer, or to handle things for us that we could have done on our own. He will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best results from sales to purchasing. He negotiated to not only get our asking price, but to also get the best possible terms on both ends of the transaction. I could not be happier with the entire process. THANK YOU BRETT COLBY! Do not hesitate to contact him.
