Eleanor just helped us sell our house in Royal Palm Beach, and this was actually our third time working with her. Working with her is always a pleasure, she is easy to communicate with, provides professional guidance, stays on top of every showing, and shares helpful feedback from buyers. Her assistant, Jeanne, is also very responsive and supportive throughout the process. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor.

I had such a great experience working with Seth! From start to finish, he made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions, provide updates, and guide me through every step. Most importantly, he earned my trust completely; so much so that Ive worked with him on multiple transactions. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his clients truly stand out. I would absolutely recommend Seth to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Seth! I am so incredibly grateful that he was by my side throughout my home-buying journey. Seth went above and beyond to help me through every step of the process and made sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. What meant the most to me was how genuinely he cared. He was always there when I needed him, responded quickly to every question, kept me informed, and was constantly looking for ways to make things easier for me. His patience, kindness, professionalism, and dedication went far beyond what I expected from a realtor. Buying a home is such a big and meaningful experience, and I will always be grateful for the way Seth helped me through it. I truly felt that he cared about me, my experience, and making sure everything worked out in the best possible way. Thank you, Seth, for everything you did for me and for going above and beyond when I needed it most. I genuinely appreciate all of your help and could not be more thankful that I had you in my corner. I would highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about his clients and is willing to go the extra mile. He was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Seth was a true professional, and absolutely amazing to work with. We knew of Seth for many years as the resident Canyon expert, and he proved that to be true. Seth was always responsive and once we contacted him to list our home, he was at our house the next day with a list of comps in the area, a photography and marketing plan and target listing price. Within just a few days of the initial metting, the home was on the market and he had 5 showings scheduled on day one. We received multiple offers, and Seth sold our home within less than 24 hours; he got us to closing in a month! Once in contract, Seth was on top of every single detail, kept us informed in real time and always worked with our best interests in mind, regardless of the commission he would make. Seth made himself available for the inspection, the appraisal, the survey, and any requests the buyer had to see the home before closing. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It is very rare to find someone that cares so much about what they do, and it showed in everything he did. We would recommend Seth to anyone buying or selling a home. 100 out of 10 performance for sure!
