Seth was always responsive and once we contacted him to list our home, he was at our house the next day with a list of comps in the area, a photography and marketing plan and target listing price. Within just a few days of the initial metting, the home was on the market and he had 5 showings scheduled on day one. We received multiple offers, and Seth sold our home within less than 24 hours; he got us to closing in a month! Once in contract, Seth was on top of every single detail, kept us informed in real time and always worked with our best interests in mind, regardless of the commission he would make. Seth made himself available for the inspection, the appraisal, the survey, and any requests the buyer had to see the home before closing. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It is very rare to find someone that cares so much about what they do, and it showed in everything he did. What sets him apart from the competition is his communication and follow through. His responsiveness brings an incredible sense of comfort during a very stressful process. We were very up front with him about our pet situation and how we wanted to ensure their comfort and safety. He came up with a great plan that worked for us. Everything that he said would happen and who would show up when happened. We got full ask and while we wanted more, I think he was realistic and clear on why the listing price needed to be where it was. While the idea of a big real estate team can be alluring, ultimately for us we much preferred one point of contact and made it much easier for us to communicate effectively. We think his personality of being warm and detail oriented set the right tone with agents and buyers.
