My husband and I considered moving to FL for a bit and he took us to 8-9 homes within our tight schedule. He went above and beyond for us, giving us all the details of not only the home we were touring, but the surrounding areas and the pros and cons of each of them. Beyond his real estate expertise, Mike brings real value by truly understanding what matters to you and finding ways to make it happen, whether that's negotiating the best deal or pointing out details you'd never think to ask about. Now buying in the Northeast, we've had a tough time working with anyone else because we kept comparing them to Mike and how thorough and awesome he truly was. I cannot recommend him enough.
