We were very nervous and unsure about the process, especially true given the state of the market, and we feared that we would be unable to find our dreams home. Stephanie and Mike not only erased all of our fears, but truly made our dreams a reality! First, they did an unbelievable job selling our previous home. In an extremely unstable market, they got us an amazing sale price and found us great buyers. They made the entire process of selling our home so efficient, and they held our hands every single step of the way. Mike and Steph's attention to detail and genuine care for us through the process was beyond compare. The huge profit they secured for us on our sale allowed us to then go and search for our dream home. Steph secured many showings for us, until we ultimately found our perfect home. Her and Mike were always extreme straight forward about the value of the properties we saw, and were able to take our vision and find us the exact housing prospects that aligned with our vision. I've heard that many realtors can be pushy when you are in the buying stage, but Steph and Mike were the exact opposite. We never, even for a second, felt pressured or that Steph and Mike had anything but our absolute best interests in mind. We had very particular tase, a specific budget, and they were able to find us the exact perfect home. They showed unparalleled competence in the negotiation of the new home and fought to make sure we got an incredible deal. They also were extremely accommodating with my schedule and my wife's schedule. As attorneys, it was not easy for us to find the time, but Steph and Mike worked all hours to meet our demanding schedules. In the end, they were able to secure us our dream home, and were able to knock off thousands of dollars with a masterful plan to reduce the mortgage rate to a very low percentage given the market. Without Stephanie and Mike, I don't believe that my wife and I would have found, let alone been able to purchase, our dream forever home. We closed on our home recently and Steph and Mike have continued their impeccable service and friendship, always offering to help a hand or give advice and tips. From start to finish, Michael and Stephanie were absolutely amazing. Michael and his team took their time to get know what we needed and wanted from our first home. Including the fact that we had an apartment lease about to expire and our first baby girl on the way! Within the first week of working with Perrault group we had showings, and found our dream home. We immediately put an offer in. With Michaels guidance, we were able to secure an acceptance from the seller in less than 24 hours for BELOW asking price AND had them cancel the open house.As we we know in real estate there could be many unexpected hurdles that arise. Unfortunately, we experienced one of them. The HOA and property management budget had a few issues that would make being approved for a mortgage impossible. Michael and his team educated us, fought tirelessly and made the impossible happen. They were able to convince the HOA and property management group to hold a board meeting to revise their budget and make the budget correct.We would have never been able to secure our dream home without The Perrault Group.
