Edgar and his team were the best!My wife and I will definitely recommend him to all of our friends, family, & co-workers if they are in need of a realtor. His local knowledge was very impressive and he always knew the right area to show us houses. Him & his team made the entire process seem like a breeze. From house hunting all the way through the closing, Edgar & his team were there for us whenever we needed and were extremely helpful. Edgar was always available day or night. During these times, houses were going extremely quickly so we had to act fast. Whenever we reached out he always answered quickly.Negotiation was definitely a strong point for Edgar and his team. If we wanted something he made sure that our voices were heard. He was very passionate about getting us what we wanted and made sure that we happy with the result. We will definitely be using Edgar and his team if we need a realtor in the future.

My husband and I along with our two young kids moved from out of state into NJ, during the COVID pandemic. Under normal circumstances, buying a new home is stressful from the searching process (especially in a crazy competitive market like it is now!) to closing negotiations and everything in between.. but doing it all remotely and unable to travel made it even crazier. I dont think we couldve done it successfully without Amanda on our side. Not only was she super responsive and extremely knowledgeable about central Jersey as well as every aspect of real estate transactions, but we truly felt like we could trust her, which was everything in our situation. She took us on virtual showings, was extremely attentive to detail during the inspection (in which we couldnt participate), and went over every detail of the closing docs for us to ensure accuracy. She is bright, flexible, and so good at what she does. Thanks to Amanda, everything went smoothly. We couldnt be more grateful and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!!!
