When I called Edgar in the fall of 2024 to tell him that condo life wasn't for me and I wanted to sell my condo and buy a small house, he initially thought I was joking. But once he realized I was serious, he was ready for the challenge. Edgar had to sell my condo, use the equity for a down payment on the new home, and somehow ensure I wasn't left without a place to stay. Not only did Edgar sell my condo in a day, but he also found me my dream home within two weeks of that sale. ZillowVERIFIED This is our second time using Edgar as an agent and we can't recommend him enough. He was our buying agent in 2013 and as first-time home buyers, he was excellent with thoroughly explaining everything and answering any question that we had. When it came time to explore selling our property in 2022, he was our first call. He promptly came over and did an initial walkthrough. He suggested things that we should address and changes that should be made to make the property more attractive. Knowing some things need to be repaired, we had tried to call 8 contractors before that walkthrough with Edgar without a single one returning our call. Edgar referred us to a contractor who was great and fixed everything in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. He also recommended an attorney that was great. Point of this, Edgar has the network to get your property ready for the market and his value is greater than your average agent. When it came time to list the property, he marketed and priced it perfectly. We were under contract quickly with more offers than we ever anticipated. Of course there were some hiccups along the way to closing but Edgar worked through them with minimal stress to us and we closed in under 30 days. All we can say is wow and highly recommend Edgar if you are looking for an agent.
