I have used a few realtors in the DFW area. The best I have ever used is Darrin Pennartz, and if I move again in the Dallas loality-it will be him again.Beyond the categories above, Darrin also gets 5 stars in service and personal attention. He treats you (literally) like family. He genuinely cares about you and your family and helps you to find the home that is right for your needs and wants.Darrin Pennartz has an impressive knowledge of the area. if you're not entirely set on where you want to live in the area, I recommend Darrin because he knows the strengths and weaknesses of all of the different areas. Not a lot of realtors can claim this, actually. They show you houses, but you might be surprised when it comes time to talk school tax or start that first commute to work. Expect Darrin to give it you straight. No fairy tales- with his experience and expertise comes a good dose of reality education. He sold our home in around a week or two if I recall correctly, and had us our new home shortly thereafter. Now, the most impressive thing about working with Darrin is the level of customer service NOT ONLY DURING but well after the sale is over. After several years, we still get a Christmas card, and nice little gifts on seemingly every holiday. We are invited to parties at his home, and he stays in touch regularly. That's what I mean by literally treating you like family. The benefits of working with Darrin have just begun when the sale/purchase is made. He'll send you a freshly baked pie on Thanksgiving, and make sure your kid has sparklers for the 4th of July. Darrin Pennartz is the best realtor in the area. He goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations about the kind of service a Realtor should provide. Top notch and highly recommended. Hire someone who actually cares about you and wants you to succeed with your sale or purchase- someone honest that will do whatever it takes for you to get it right and would never mislead you just to make a sale.
