ZillowVERIFIED My family and I purchased a home in 2023. It was our first time purchasing a home so we had tons of questions. Darrin was patient, clear and supportive the whole time. We are pretty picky and would add things to our wants and not wants after each house and Darrin took that information and was able to help us find our first home that fit exactly what we needed! In the two years that we have lived in our home Darrin didnt stop his support. He reaches out at regularly to check in and remind us in deadlines that we have. Truly thankful for Darrin and all his support and I will for sure be calling him if the time comes and we are in the market again!!!

He was a steady force while our home was on the market, making sure he took every opportunity to highlight our property. In the end we did get more than what we anticipated because of his representation. Darrin has been doing this for years and knows his stuff. I cant recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We were the ultimate worst clients. We had opposite work schedules so Darrin ended up showing the same house two times in most cases. He had to work twice as hard. We finally bought the fourth house under contract after the three previous ones had horrible home inspections. Darrin was always willing to jump right back in after each one went belly up. He never once was the least bit annoyed. We highly recommend Darrin as your next realtor.

Even after closing, Darrin keeps in contact with us and offers to assist us by recommending a handyman, or any other service that we need. I've worked with 4 real estate agents in the past. ZillowVERIFIED We were finally in a position to buy but did not have the time away from work necessary to learn about the area and available homes in person. Darrin Pennartz was very knowledgeable in how to present a home remotely, giving us the confidence needed to make our final selection out of a variety of homes that we toured. Darrin was always kind, patient, and professional throughout our bumpy process, and he took the time to keep us ethically informed of the areas we were looking at. 10/10 would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I chose Darrin through Dave Ramseys Endorsed Local Provider program and we were NOT disappointed. We gave Darrin a list of aEURoemust haveaEUR? and a list of aEURoenever in lifeaEUR? and he delivered perfectly. At first, we had (unrealistically) set our max price to low for what we wanted and the day we upped it is the day the asking price on the house of our dreams was lowered. It already had an offer on it and we were afraid of getting into a bidding war. Darrin was instrumental in helping us avoid such a bidding war and got us into the house of our dreams. Thanks Darrin!

ZillowVERIFIED I have used a few realtors in the DFW area. The best I have ever used is Darrin Pennartz, and if I move again in the Dallas loality-it will be him again.Beyond the categories above, Darrin also gets 5 stars in service and personal attention. He treats you (literally) like family. He genuinely cares about you and your family and helps you to find the home that is right for your needs and wants.Darrin Pennartz has an impressive knowledge of the area. if you're not entirely set on where you want to live in the area, I recommend Darrin because he knows the strengths and weaknesses of all of the different areas. Not a lot of realtors can claim this, actually. They show you houses, but you might be surprised when it comes time to talk school tax or start that first commute to work. Expect Darrin to give it you straight. No fairy tales- with his experience and expertise comes a good dose of reality education. He sold our home in around a week or two if I recall correctly, and had us our new home shortly thereafter. Now, the most impressive thing about working with Darrin is the level of customer service NOT ONLY DURING but well after the sale is over. After several years, we still get a Christmas card, and nice little gifts on seemingly every holiday. We are invited to parties at his home, and he stays in touch regularly. That's what I mean by literally treating you like family. The benefits of working with Darrin have just begun when the sale/purchase is made. He'll send you a freshly baked pie on Thanksgiving, and make sure your kid has sparklers for the 4th of July. Darrin Pennartz is the best realtor in the area. He goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations about the kind of service a Realtor should provide. Top notch and highly recommended. Hire someone who actually cares about you and wants you to succeed with your sale or purchase- someone honest that will do whatever it takes for you to get it right and would never mislead you just to make a sale. Hire someone that treats you like their own family- hire Darrin Pennartz. Thanks for everything, Darrin!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Darin. He was honest with us from the beginning and willing to meet with us any time. In fact the house we ended up buying became available around 6pm and he was able to meet us there at 8pm. Our bid was accepted by 9pm. He goes above and beyond before, during, and continues to this day.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin was able to assist us in getting our home in Grand Prairie during a very hot sellers market. He was thorough and helpful with the offer process. In a hot market, persistance and timeliness are essential for getting the home you want. After we purchased our home we recommended him to our daughter for her first home purchase. She was able to quickly put a contract on her new home thanks to Darrin. I would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin is one of the best professionals I have worked with. He helped us with purchasing our home and he has a lot of qualities that makes working with Darrin a very pleasant experience. First and foremost he is very patient throughout the process no matter how long. We took months to find an ideal home and his patience, enthusiasm, and helpfulness was consistent. Secondly, he never tries to push you into making a decision, and while he gives you all the advice you ask for, he lets you make the decision at the time that you're ready for it. And third, he is very responsive. He responds to your call, text, or email almost immediately and always with great attitude. I loved working with Darrin and strongly recommend him as your real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin walked me through my first home buying experience. He was always available to answer questions and was prepared to handle the very hot market here. Properties were going under contract in 24-48 hours and Darrin made sure to get us in a house within hours of listing! He went way beyond expectations, responding to emails and phone calls late at night and early before working hours in the morning.I have referred every friend and coworker who has even mentioned real estate to Darrin. When our first contract fell through due to appraisal issues, Darrin found us a rental within 1 day so we could move ahead with our pending relocation and had a place to live while finding a different home to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin has helped us buy 2 homes in the Plano area. Our first was the week after Christmas 2006, just before New Years. Darrin spent the better part of several days that week, during what should have been his vacation time, to take us all over the north Dallas area. We were only in town for a short time and the search was intense. He showed us a lot of the right types of homes in a variety of locations, then it was up to us. No pressure and always willing to show us another place when we wanted. We left town right after New Years and put the final negotiations in Darrin's capable hands. He sealed the deal for us at a price we were willing to pay, keeping us informed during the entire process. He even helped coordinate the inspection and final closing activities because we were on an overseas assignment. Our second purchase was for my wife's elderly parents in 2009. Residence specifications were very precise this time because of their physical conditions and need for close proximity to our current home. Darrin helped us look at a wide variety of homes that met all our specific needs in the desired areas; and when we found the right one, he successfully negotiated the price for us. Even though we were now living in Plano, Darrin continued to follow up regularly all the way through closing. He even brought around a housewarming gift after we closed! We have gone back to The Pennartz Group for one additional residence purchase since then, and would highly recommend Darrin to anyone who wants a complete, no pressure experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Darrin professionally for almost 10 years. In that time, he has represented me as a buyer's agent, listing agent and referral partner. Darrin's knowledge of the real estate market is extensive. His long-term experience in the North Dallas area provides him with a competitive advantage in his ability to value and market properties. I highly recommend Darrin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin was recommended to us by our mortgage company after having a poor experience with their first recommendation. The difference in service was immediate. He sit down with us in our first meeting and clearly outlined the process, answered all of our questions and demonstrated that he understood the business. If we ever sell this home in the future he will be our choice in assisting in that process and in finding a new home. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Darrin 6 years ago when he was referred to us by a realtor friend in California, and couldn't be more thankful for the superb service, friendliness, and professionalism he showed as he helped us purchase our first house. What impressed me most about Darrin was how he guided us step by step, communicated with us very closely, and showed us property after property with so much patience and enthusiasm, for which we have always been so grateful. Not only was Darrin so helpful in finding us the house we were looking for, but he was also very thorough in making sure that we were ready each step of the way in knowing what to expect. We had originally done some homework looking for a loan elsewhere, and found out later that, Becky, Darrin's wife, happened to be a mortgage broker. With Becky on board as well, the process was seamless, and the property transaction seemed so much easier than we had imagined it. All because of Darrin and Becky's professionalism and tireless work.I highly recommend Darrin if you are looking for a new home. You will find in him a hard working realtor and consummate professional. He ends up being a friend for life. Thank you Darrin!
