Brian was excellent and handled all the details concerning the sale with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. It was a delight to work with him and we are very pleased with outcome of the sale of the property.

My husband and I have worked with Brian two times now. He helped us find our first home in 2015, so we figured it would be fitting if he sold our home for us 10 years later. Whenever we would want to look at a house he was right on scheduling a showing and would help do a bunch all in one day if they were in the same area. We looked at about 10 houses before finding our first starter home. We did a lot of updating of that home over 10 years and Brian helped us to sell our house way over what we bought it for. He knew that starter homes were going for much more and was able to market our home very well via social media and real estate sites. The pictures taken showcased our home very well too. Brian was always willing to go the extra mile to help in any way he could. My husband and I now live in South Carolina, but we would highly recommend Brian to anybody in CT looking to buy or sell a home.

We were living in FL and called Brian about a condo we were interested in purchasing. Within the day, Brian had visited the property and had gotten back to us with all of the information. He was very meticulous with the information and paperwork which made for a smooth closing about a month later. Highly recommended!
