Whenever we would want to look at a house he was right on scheduling a showing and would help do a bunch all in one day if they were in the same area. We looked at about 10 houses before finding our first starter home. We did a lot of updating of that home over 10 years and Brian helped us to sell our house way over what we bought it for. He knew that starter homes were going for much more and was able to market our home very well via social media and real estate sites. The pictures taken showcased our home very well too. Brian was always willing to go the extra mile to help in any way he could. My husband and I now live in South Carolina, but we would highly recommend Brian to anybody in CT looking to buy or sell a home.
