Carmen was excellent to work with. Her knowledge of VA loans made sifting through homes much simpler, and she taught me many things when it came to buying my first home.

Carmen was a joy to work with! Great communication, knowledge of local laws & regulations. She negotiated getting my family a refrigerator & backyard landscaping. Amazing! I will use her in my future needs.

I had an amazing experience working with Carmen! She is incredibly knowledgeable about both VA and conventional loans, which made the home-buying process so much smoother. She also went above and beyond in negotiating various add-ons for our new build. What really stood out was the teamworkaEUR"her husband also helped by providing an extra set of eyes during inspections, which gave us even more confidence in our purchase. Throughout the process, she was patient, supportive, and never pushy, which I truly appreciated. If you're looking for a dedicated and experienced realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Carmen!

I recently sold a vacant lot with Carmen and Doy and they did an excellent job. The lot next door was listed with another agent who I would normally hire, but after speaking with him and then them, the choice was easy. They helped me figure out how to check the well, referred a few people to inspect it, and then were very communicative during the entire escrow process. The lot next door was on the market for 4 months and ours closed in less than 30 days. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for professional and responsive agents.
