The lot next door was listed with another agent who I would normally hire, but after speaking with him and then them, the choice was easy. They helped me figure out how to check the well, referred a few people to inspect it, and then were very communicative during the entire escrow process. The lot next door was on the market for 4 months and ours closed in less than 30 days. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for professional and responsive agents.

They are experienced with va home loans so they know what types of homes to look for and what to avoid to get a fair appraisal/inspection. They even helped us raise our VA pre-approval loan amount so that we could compete and get them home we wanted. They are very responsive even at times that they are busy or on their off time. They were great in making this process as smooth as possible. They recommended I do some improvements to the property that I believe got us the maximum return on those investments. When the water heater blew four days before closing, they were a tremendous help. They connected me with the right people to rectify the problem, and we were still able to close within days of that incident. I highly recommend Carmen and Doy.

We are from OHIO and did not know the real estate market nor the culture. Because of the distance between us and AZ, we needed help managing certain details.
