RE/MAX Desert Properties

We researched real estate agents when we were making a big change, moving from decades at the beach to a new home in the desert. Elaine Stewart was recommended to us by a respected colleague, and from our first meeting with her, we were completely assured we'd found the perfect person to help us. Elaine has an encyclopedic knowledge of the entire Coachella Valley, which she generously shared in guiding us on our search. She is highly professional, meticulous, and very supportive of her clients. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns promptly, and spent days showing us many wonderful properties until we found the perfect one. She was patient, and never allowed us to feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her expertise in completing our real estate purchase was reassuring, and this lifted so much potential stress from the process. We're so happy with our new home and we wholeheartedly recommend Elaine.

As out of state buyers it was critical that we find an agent that clearly understood what we were looking for in a home and who could deliver meaningful options when we flew-in for property visits. Elaine was extraordinary. Her integrity, attention to detail, preparedness, responsiveness, and insight allowed us to find a home and close within 30 days. Her understanding and ability to manage every stage and process of the purchase made for a very positive experience. We could not have asked for a better agent or individual to help us decide on a home and just as importantly make it happen.

Elaine is as good professional realtor as we have ever used. I see no shortfalls in her overall capabilities. We would recommend her to represent either a buyer or seller.

I would recommend Elaine Stewart, she was extremely helpful as we did not know the areas at all, a lot of the areas we had chosen to look at homes were not the safest areas. She showed us the homes we had chosen and then she asked if she could show us the homes she thought we should be looking at. Of course we bought one of the homes she recommended. The negotiation went very smoothly. We are thrilled with our house and the area. We are from Canada so anyone from Canada buying in the US should know about buying as tenants in common rather than buying in joint tenancy because of the dreaded estate tax on Canadians! Just a little tip for us Canadians!!
