ZillowVERIFIEDAs out of state buyers it was critical that we find an agent that clearly understood what we were looking for in a home and who could deliver meaningful options when we flew-in for property visits. Elaine was extraordinary. Her integrity, attention to detail, preparedness, responsiveness, and insight allowed us to find a home and close within 30 days. Her understanding and ability to manage every stage and process of the purchase made for a very positive experience. We could not have asked for a better agent or individual to help us decide on a home and just as importantly make it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED We researched real estate agents when we were making a big change, moving from decades at the beach to a new home in the desert. Elaine Stewart was recommended to us by a respected colleague, and from our first meeting with her, we were completely assured we'd found the perfect person to help us. Elaine has an encyclopedic knowledge of the entire Coachella Valley, which she generously shared in guiding us on our search. She is highly professional, meticulous, and very supportive of her clients. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns promptly, and spent days showing us many wonderful properties until we found the perfect one. She was patient, and never allowed us to feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her expertise in completing our real estate purchase was reassuring, and this lifted so much potential stress from the process. We're so happy with our new home and we wholeheartedly recommend Elaine.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine is as good professional realtor as we have ever used. I see no shortfalls in her overall capabilities. We would recommend her to represent either a buyer or seller.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Elaine Stewart, she was extremely helpful as we did not know the areas at all, a lot of the areas we had chosen to look at homes were not the safest areas. She showed us the homes we had chosen and then she asked if she could show us the homes she thought we should be looking at. Of course we bought one of the homes she recommended. The negotiation went very smoothly. We are thrilled with our house and the area. We are from Canada so anyone from Canada buying in the US should know about buying as tenants in common rather than buying in joint tenancy because of the dreaded estate tax on Canadians! Just a little tip for us Canadians!!

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine and her team were top shelf throughout the entire purchase process. As non-resident buyers we had limited knowledge about the area and the process. Elaine's vast knowledge of valley real estate and her professionalism, put us at ease immediately. I cannot recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine worked very hard at finding us a home. She showed us many properties, which was necessary as this was our first purchase in California and we wanted to be sure we saw a broad selection of inventory. She did not try and sell us over our budget, which was appreciated. Overall, a very good experience.

ZillowVERIFIED As we were going to sell our house and lived outside of the country we needed an agent who we could trust to look after our interests in our absence. We met with Elaine and immediately felt confident in her abilities as an agent to list, market and sell our house in an efficient and timely manner. We certainly weren't disappointed as before we knew it the house was sold and we were signing the transaction closing documents. We would highly recommend Elaine as an outstanding agent and excellent communicator to look after all your real estate requirements.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine was absolutely amazing. We didn't know her but liked her website. We sent an email to her and 6 other agents, saying we would be in town for 5 days and wanted to see house in 4 different communities. Immediately Elaine started sending us pictures of homes (none of the other agents responded) She told us she would make sure she would be available for us, and that she was. Each day we would start out reviewing the homes for sale, we would pick out 7-10 homes we wanted to see, she would make all the arrangements and off we'd go. She was always friendly, funny, yet very professional and never ONCE got pushy with us wanting us to put in an offer. On the last day we put in an offer which fell through, so we extended our stay and sure enough we found another home, put in an offer and later that day we were proud new home owners in an upscale country club. After the offer was accepted she guided us through all the closing procedures, recommended trade people and it was like we had known her for years. We have recommended both family and friends to her and they all love her. You won't be disappointed buying or selling your home with Elaine.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine did an outstanding job for us. We gave her a list of what we were looking for and she developed a list for us to visit and took us to several different areas of the Coachella Valley. Several were close to what we wanted but we did not make a purchase. Several months later she contacted us and had found what she said was the perfect fit for our needs. We flew down to meet her and sure enough she was right! We bought the house that day and she continued to provide us all the information we needed right through closing and even after. We highly recommend her.Jerry and Ellen Jaeger

ZillowVERIFIED First time buyer in the desert area, and I was guided to Ms. Elaine Stewart,by my realtor in the Los Angeles area. Needless to say this was during the height of the holiday season between Thankgiving and Christmas. Elaine's effort and guidance propelled me through many listings and showings, pin pointing the pros and cons of areas and properties. With her due diligence she was able to match and meet the price point that I wanted, and I feel that the final outcome was most satisfactory, in wich I finnaly decided on my future home in the desert, in Shadow Hills. Thanks to Ms. Stewart for her hard work and patience during this process and her wealth of knowledge and integrity in watching out for her clients best interest, I highly regard her professionism and her entire team which encompresses and makes for a seamless transition.Best regards, Richard A. ZillowVERIFIED Elaine is an award winning agent and we found out why that is first hand. Even though we were small potatoes clients compared to many of her other ones, she treated us as if we were her top priority. She and her team know the desert real estate market very well and were quick to respond to whatever questions we had. We competed with multiple other buyers on the property we bought and Elaine's expertise is the sole reason we landed the property versus our competition. Call Elaine. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine is an outstanding agent -- very knowledgable and highly responsive. She has good judgment and is skillful in negotiation. I've purchased five properties in two states and been involved in several refinance propositions. Elaine is at the very top of agents I've dealt with.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine was an excellent help in both finding and closing my recent purchase in Cathedral City. There were a few challenging issues which she was able to work out with the selling agent that allowed the close to happen on time.I would and have recommended Elaine to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Coachella Valley.
