Devin Childers is an amazing realtor! He helped my husband and I find an amazing home in an amazing neighborhood! He helped us with all the ins and outs of buy our first home. We almost didnt get it because of other people wanting this home as well but because of Devin we did! He really advocated for us to the sellers on why this home would be perfect for us!
