Kathy is the realtor you should work with! My husband and I are both 24 and were looking to buy our first home. We were worried about a realtor trying to take advantage of us because of our age and inexperience in the market. Kathy invited us into her office for an educational meeting to explain what buying a house looked like, with no pressure.
