I am a first time home buyer and also purchasing from out of state. Shelly emailed us listings everyday and anything we were interested in she set up a virtual showing, about 7 in total. Shelly has the patience of a saint and a great personality. When my husband and I arrived in Florida Shelly took us to look at about 5 properties till we found the perfect house for us, she was there every step of the way from walk throughs to closing. Shelly texted the builder and included us in on the text to ask questions that we wouldnt even think about. Shelly has a lot of knowledge and has taught us quite a few things.
