The result was that we got two offers even higher than the asking price within three days on the market. We accepted one of the offers and closed within three months. Mike gave us a complete explanation of how he could maximize the house listing using internet etc.Also was very helpful with advice about staging etc for best showing.We had 70+ showings from Saturday to Tuesday, Mike then requested interested parties to submit best offer by Tuesday evening, this prevented a bidding war and assured us a good offer for our house!So all done over a long weekend!Closed two months later, could not be more happy!
