ZillowVERIFIED Mike gave us a complete explanation of how he could maximize the house listing using internet etc.Also was very helpful with advice about staging etc for best showing.We had 70+ showings from Saturday to Tuesday, Mike then requested interested parties to submit best offer by Tuesday evening, this prevented a bidding war and assured us a good offer for our house!So all done over a long weekend!Closed two months later, could not be more happy!

ZillowVERIFIED Hes terrible. Excuses after excuses of why he cant show up for things that realtors are supposed to be there for. Did my own walk through the day of closing. Communication is lacking and emails are incoherent. If you want a good realtor use anyone else. Didnt show up for closing either but wanted the check. Lawyers and other realtor were floored by this and his performance throughout the process. The only time youll hear from him is when hes trying to get your listing and wants to get paid.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is a pro. We went with him because he had good reviews on Zillow and it looked like he sold a number of homes in the last 12 months. He was excellent throughout the process and in the end he got us 15K more than we were expecting. Whenever I had a question or needed his help he was only a text message or email away. It was very convenient for us since we had moved cross country. The whole process could have been a lot more stressful, but with his professionalism and experience he made it very easy for us. From our very first conversation he knew the important selling points and how to capitalize on those. He was also very thoughtful throughout the process when working directly with my mom who was extremely nervous about the prospect of selling the home she had lived in for decades. His level of responsiveness and willingness to make himself available were also keys to his success with us as I was working with him remotely (I live out of state).
