Katja helped us purchase a cottage two years ago and diligently got the deal done to our satisfaction. This year she helped us sell a condo. She so very clearly explained what choices we could make with regard to listing, what to expect, handled all the administration and paperwork, and let me know what things I had to do because she couldn't (like go to the City).
