Fifteen minutes...we only dabble with the idea of moving but the times we have found a house intriguing we message a few agents we know and Katja is ALWAYS the first to respond. Sge has met us at a listing UNPLANNED in 15 minutes before. Thats crazy customer service. The house hunting experience today is absolutely crazy, I cannot imagine searching for a home with anybody but Katja. Katja went over and above our expectations. She was eager, available, full of information, and a real go-getter. She has developed an impressive network of professional services you would need in the home buying experience. I sold my third house with Katja and again didn't get disappointed. As usual she was highly reliable and took care of all of my affaires even of those that don't actually belong to a realtor's duties. Especially during the current pandemic and its difficulties selling a house it was so important to me she had my best interests in mind. I am living in Germany therefore I wasn't able to foresee or take care of any of the selling process on my own. Whether it was the handling of cleaning, repairing or administrative issues, Katja went out of her way to help and organise. She's always been very friendly but keeps a professional tone at the same time. We had a couple of buyers cancel the contract due to several reasons but Katja never got impatient. Katja did a wonderful job assisting me with the purchase of my home. After looking at 3 previous homes and consulting with her regarding my wants and needs, we located the home that I purchased.
