Jay is definitely the BEST realtor that I have worked with thus far. I have sold and purchased properties in different cities and experienced a few realtors. Jay was the easiest to work with. A few attributes that I appreciate the most about Jay include great listener, timely communications, immediate responses, making reasonable suggestions but does not push you to make improvements when selling a house, and helping with rationalization during decision making time. Jay is very easy going and made my transaction very smooth. For example, when selling my house, I told Jay that I'd like to spend a certain amount to improve the house before listing the house. He listened, provided general contractor recommendation, reviewed the quotes provided by general contractors, and provided suggestions to limit tasks and stay on budget. Verses some other realtors in my past has been pushing me to spend way more than my budget to improve the house. I'd highly recommend Jay.

I almost never leave reviews but I will make an exception this time. Your home, for most of us, is your most valuable asset and selling it requires more than your level of knowledge and practical expertise. It is also true that not all real estate agents perform at the same level. Most are strong starters but terrible finishers. This is an interesting market we are in and getting top dollar was Jays major concern WITH stellar communication to me. You have to do your part as the seller to respond in kind for best results. Slow responses cost you money and the game is fast paced for motivated sellers. The net net of my entire discourse is Jay is one of the best if not the best in this area. Feels more like a friendship with great communication. We dealt with other professionals in this process and they all told us what a good partner we selected. so its not just me :-). If youre ready to get your head in the game and get this place sold, call Jay and get it done. Sold very quickly!
