RE/MAX Checkmate

Melissa did a fantastic job ! Helped us tremendously throughout the selling process aEUR|.. especially the paperwork/forms at closing.

Julia Wenzell at RE/MAX Checkmate was my listing agent, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the experience. Her research and analysis of market comparables were spot-on, and her pricing strategy truly made the difference?I received a full-price offer and we were under contract by day 2, closing in just 34 days. The response was incredible from the moment the listing went live on the MLS, with 12 showings on the very first day. Selling a home can be stressful, especially with inspections, appraisals, and the buyer?s loan process. However, Julia?s consistent communication and professionalism made everything feel smooth and manageable. She was always quick to respond to my calls, emails, and questions, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and highly effective real estate agent.

Not Professional

Everyone has to make a decision to sell their home for many different reasons. Our case was a sensitive matter and we had to sell this property asap. Mike had many challenges in taking on this huge responsibility in selling this property for us with the economy and the highway disadvantages and other factors. He was very communicative, honest, hardworking, very knowledgeable and handled our situation with amazing patience and understanding. With my experience with him and the job done I couldnt recommend anyone else other than Mike and his team!! Excellence at its finest.

Excellent. She was a pleasure to work with and was always available. Great job.
