Some things set Trish apart from others. 1) Trish was always available for questions. She would often respond to me late at night since there was a 3-hour time zone differential; if there was an outstanding question, she would respond first thing in the morning. Trish is fast and efficient! She was available at all hours and days (including holidays) to show properties and even would coordinate with repair personnel for house access.
