Javier @ Remax Champion, Thank you for your dedication in finding our first home. Looking for a home is never an easy task during covid. You met and exceeded all of our expectations. The service provided was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your attentiveness and invaluable knowledge is very much appreciated. Thank you to you and to all your team for making our dream come true.

Javier and his team are the best. They answered any question we had even when they were busy. Great customer service! I highly recommend Javier for all your real estate needs.

Javier Sanchez deserves more than a 5 star review. He deserves a 10 star review ??????????! He goes the full 9 yards for his clients. My husband and I decided on Javier because of his long time relationship with us. He sold my husband's 4-bdrm home a few years ago - it closed fast with great results! And recently, he helped us in every step of the process of securing an Equity Loan on our current home with a low % rate. He was flexible with his time for us, patient in answering our questions with responded to our calls on a fast and timely basis. He was quick in following-up with pertinent documents for us to sign. Javier's experience and knowledge of real estate and all that it entails is far more superior than most. His great memory for details are precise, which enables him to take command of the negotiations and deliver the best results. We've experienced all of this as his clients. So, the bottom line is... JAVIER SANCHEZ WILL ALWAYS BE OUR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL FOR LIFE!

Working with Joe was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure a smooth transition. His guidance made buying our new home a smooth and enjoyable experience. We couldnt have asked for a better Agent in this journey from relocating back to California from Idaho.
