ZillowVERIFIED First of all his strategy to attract the buyer with his fair market value pricing, advertising skills with the use social media, I recall this, my open house was during Mother Day weekend and didnt think much interest would be show but to my surprise both Saturday &Sunday we welcome a crowd with multi offer both days, I was overwhelmed because this happen with my other property he sold a few month back it was during the heaviest rainy day of the season and that was only One day, we has multi offer.
