He was not afraid to let us know when a better way was available in other words, he was not a yes man. He suggested that we put the house on the market ASAP, as late April through early May was the sweet spot for selling homes in the suburbs of Chicago. The third person who looked at the house offered us our asking price and then later that day upped the offer by $15K. He suggested several lawyers to use for the closing. By the time of the closing, we had already moved out of state. He, with his recommended lawyer, managed the closing for us. I would highly suggest retaining Mike for your selling or buying.
