Review Mike was professional and honest. He was quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had. He kept us informed at every step of the process of selling the home. He was not afraid to let us know when a better way was available in other words, he was not a yes man. He suggested that we put the house on the market ASAP, as late April through early May was the sweet spot for selling homes in the suburbs of Chicago. The third person who looked at the house offered us our asking price and then later that day upped the offer by $15K. He suggested several lawyers to use for the closing. By the time of the closing, we had already moved out of state. He, with his recommended lawyer, managed the closing for us. I would highly suggest retaining Mike for your selling or buying.

Right away Michael was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my wife and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He had a network of professionals that he can recommended in the area, which we ended up using some of them and greatly appreciated their services.Michael was willing to meet us late in the evening to put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. Review Mike was easy to work with and was very understanding when it came to the stress involved in selling a home and moving across the country. We were not able to attend our closing so we gave our attorney (who was recommended by Mike) power of attorney and between the two of them the house closed with no problems. He suggested listing our house a week earlier than we thought we would be able to. This was a genious move because we received an offer three days after listing the house and we ended up going with that buyer. Mike did a good job of negotiating with the buyers real estate agent and going back and forth in a professional and respectful way. He was always available via his cell phone when we had a question and needed his help. Mike Spejcher quickly got us a great deal that made us money on the sale of our house.
