We ultimately had to decide what these last repairs were worth to us and deciding to walk away or believe that the home is more important to us. We also experienced closing through a mobile notary, which was an additional cost and ultimately not the smoothest process. Based on our experience, we do not recommend using a mobile notary if you can avoid itaEUR"an in-office closing would have been far easier. Chrissie went to the ends of the earth for us.
