Erica was phenomenal. I came to the area not knowing anyone and really was lucky to find Erica. I needed someone laid back and not pushy. I needed someone who knew the area super well by telling me the ins and outs of each town. Erica was born, raised and went to college in the area so who better to be your guide. Erica is very responsive, very professional and has good negotiating skills as she found me exactly what I was looking for in the exact type of neighborhood I was looking for and at a better price than I was hoping for. Erica listens to what you want and then does research on her own to set you up with the best options in the best areas. She knows the flood zones and what good restaurants are near by. Long story short I couldn't of been more pleased with Erica and highly recommend her to any buyer or seller in the Wheeling/Weirton area.
