ZillowVERIFIED Erica was phenomenal. I came to the area not knowing anyone and really was lucky to find Erica. I needed someone laid back and not pushy. I needed someone who knew the area super well by telling me the ins and outs of each town. Erica was born, raised and went to college in the area so who better to be your guide. Erica is very responsive, very professional and has good negotiating skills as she found me exactly what I was looking for in the exact type of neighborhood I was looking for and at a better price than I was hoping for. Erica listens to what you want and then does research on her own to set you up with the best options in the best areas. She knows the flood zones and what good restaurants are near by. Long story short I couldn't of been more pleased with Erica and highly recommend her to any buyer or seller in the Wheeling/Weirton area.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica is hands down the best realtor! We have tried to buy multiple times in the past few years & have had horrible experiences. No one could help point us in the right direction, but Erica helped us through all the curve balls that buying a house can throw at you. She has kept us positive through the whole experience, & was always there no matter the time or day to help us with any questions we may have had & to guide us in the right direction. I would recommend Erica to everyone buying a home or selling theirs. She has so much compassion & is so personable! She makes it feel like your more than just another transaction. She truly goes above & beyond for her clients!
