I worked with Mike from purchasing the house in 2012 to using it as a rental for 10 years to selling it in 2023 and I was very happy with working with Bridge real estate. In selling and renting the house I had the complication of being an absentee landlord And could not participate directly, but used Mike and Bridge real estate as an agent was very happy with that in selling the house I could do it remotely. The first buyer fell through, but Mike quickly found a second buyer within a week or two and kept me notified and even counseled me on how to set the price , so with that complication of having to do all this real estate management remotely it was very easy to do. They earned their money with the complications. I gave them, so yeah I would recommend them. Theres no hesitation to do that.
