ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Mike from purchasing the house in 2012 to using it as a rental for 10 years to selling it in 2023 and I was very happy with working with Bridge real estate. In selling and renting the house I had the complication of being an absentee landlord And could not participate directly, but used Mike and Bridge real estate as an agent was very happy with that in selling the house I could do it remotely. The first buyer fell through, but Mike quickly found a second buyer within a week or two and kept me notified and even counseled me on how to set the price , so with that complication of having to do all this real estate management remotely it was very easy to do. They earned their money with the complications. I gave them, so yeah I would recommend them. Theres no hesitation to do that.

He helped us to see if it would help us financially to make this move to help lower our costs and pay down debts. When acquiring property Mike found exactly what I was looking for, multiple units at the price I Needed per unit. Mike was brave enough to negotiate on my behalf and get me to closing. When Mike was my selling agent, he didn't take long to sell my properties. As a matter of fact I believe both properties sold within a month of being listed. One we got for 15k over asking price! Well, looking back on it now, he certainly did. I moved to Spokane, WA a few years ago. After a divorce, I was in the market for my own home. I owned a rental property in Helper, UT, but I knew that I would have trouble making two mortgage payments if the rental were to become vacant. To be honest, the sense of urgency to sell was keeping me up at night. ZillowVERIFIED We had a difficult process. I had a new job in Nevada that started on Dec 3, 2016. I had only a couple of weeks to get ready.I never would have made it without the trades people Mike knew. We got all the furniture I was throwing away and junk that had built up in the shed hauled away thanks to Mike's knowledge of the locals. He also got house winterized and bought in a cleaner to finish and polish the house. Unfortunately, it was a terrible winter and we fought deep snow in the yard. Again he had people come in to clean the walks.He had the house in the public's eye though out the winter using the many websites available to him. We picked it up in the spring and. He was a whiz with the paperwork and we were always on top of the process. He communicated well and did a good job of keeping me calm through the whole process. This was not easy as I was paying rent in my new location and the mortgage on the house in Helper.
