Crystal worked tirelessly to sell our home and help us purchase the property of our dreams. She stayed on top of things and in contact with us regularly explaining everything in a way that made it easy to understand from making offers to working with mortgage brokers. She has a huge network of trusted vendors from inspections to repairs that was very helpful. She truly cared about us as people and not just as clients. Crystal has a wealth of knowledge of Columbia and all the surrounding areas. Her service does not end when close. She will send reminders for items you must complete a few months after closing. Working with Crystal was an absolute dream, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
