Crystal Wallace was referred to me by my friend and her former colleague who has moved out of the area. As soon as Crystal received the referral, she contacted me and came to visit to get an idea of the type of new home I might want. I was very unsure that downsizing was what I wanted to do and I told Crystal that from the outset. She understood my anxiety and was professional and supportive as I pondered the pros and cons. I must say that I surprised myself and I know that without Crystals guidance and support through this process, I would have backed out in a few days. I knew what needed to be done and she helped me do it! At first she and my friend gave me the rules of decluttering. I did what I could but after explaining why I couldnt take down pictures or repaint, she respected my decision and praised the effort I had made. Our first step was to look at a few properties and very quickly I found a neighborhood I loved. She accompanied me on a tour of a few homes and I decided within a few days and purchased a home. Once I was ready to sell my home, Crystal did a beautiful introduction video from my front porch marketing the home improvements I had made and inviting folks to visit the beautiful home. She hosted a lovely Open House for other agents and within days, showings were coming almost daily. Ill admit that there were times when I was not the best client. I wound rant and complain and she gave reasonable explanations to which I would agree or she accepted my unwilling actions and made the best of them! There were times when I was required to e sign or print and sign documents and because my printer was out, Crystal made several visits to my home to do business the old fashion way! Shortly after the house started showing, my beloved 16 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer. Crystal was so compassionate and tried to accommodate me by seeing that visits could be scheduled on the same day to avoid my driving a dying dog around daily. The day after he passed over the Rainbow Bridge, Crystal submitted an offer and the buyers accepted the counter. Crystal is knowledgeable about real estate, she says the right things and advises without pushing. But her warmth and interest, her willingness to see the big seller picture and ease doubts was exceptional. She also kept my friend, the referring agent , well informed. I have already recommended Crystal to another neighbor and will do so again when I learn of someone considering selling. Since my former neighbor and friend could not handle the issue, she sent Crystal to me. Now I have, in three weeks, a SOLD sign on my former property and I have a new friend. Thank you, Crystal!
