Remax at the lake

When I decided to make the move to South Carolina, I needed to find a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor that I felt comfortable with. I'm no different than any one else who wants to find the best realtor possible who would work tirelessly in looking out for my best interest. I decided to do a search of the highest recommended realtors in the Chapin, SC area. I interviewed five in total and this is when I met Crystal Wallace with Remax on the Lake. She provided a great deal of her background and experience during the interview. All questions posed to Crystal during the interview were answered immediately. If there was something she needed to look into, she always got the information to me within a very short period of time. I remember Crystal being the only one who told me she would walk me through the process from the beginning to the end. Those words stayed with me. At the end of each interview, I would finish by letting each realtor know when I had made my decision. I no sooner hung up the phone with Crystal that I immediately called her back and asked if she was accepting new clients. Her response was that she would be honored to represent me. Crystal far exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism and knowledge was impressive to say the least. She did exactly what she said she would do, she stayed with me through the entire process right through settlement. She was constantly on top of things to keep things moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way via text, email or by phone. I am so thankful for Crystal in making sure I got the best deal on my next place that I am proud to call home. I would absolutely recommend Crystal to anyone who is looking to make a move to South Carolina. It doesn't hurt that Crystal is a sweetheart too.

We moved here from out of state. We met Crystal through a family member of ours, and feel very fortunate to have found someone so outstanding to help us with our purchase. Her knowledge and experience was evident throughout the process, and we were amazed at her ability to answer questions we hadnt asked yet. The whole transaction went so smoothly, and a normally stressful event turned into a fun and satisfying experience. If the rest of the people in SC are half as friendly and sweet as she is, we are in for a wonderful retirement.

Crystal worked tirelessly to sell our home and help us purchase the property of our dreams. She stayed on top of things and in contact with us regularly explaining everything in a way that made it easy to understand from making offers to working with mortgage brokers. She has a huge network of trusted vendors from inspections to repairs that was very helpful. She truly cared about us as people and not just as clients. Crystal has a wealth of knowledge of Columbia and all the surrounding areas. Her service does not end when close. She will send reminders for items you must complete a few months after closing. Working with Crystal was an absolute dream, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Crystal made the homebuying process seamless. I was not her client, yet she was diligent in making sure to respond quickly and make the entire process easy and successful.

Crystal was great start to finish in our home buying process. Communication was excellent and questions were always answered. We highly recommend Crystal. It was a pleasant experience.
