I'm no different than any one else who wants to find the best realtor possible who would work tirelessly in looking out for my best interest. I decided to do a search of the highest recommended realtors in the Chapin, SC area. I interviewed five in total and this is when I met Crystal Wallace with Remax on the Lake. She provided a great deal of her background and experience during the interview. All questions posed to Crystal during the interview were answered immediately. If there was something she needed to look into, she always got the information to me within a very short period of time. I remember Crystal being the only one who told me she would walk me through the process from the beginning to the end. Those words stayed with me. At the end of each interview, I would finish by letting each realtor know when I had made my decision. I no sooner hung up the phone with Crystal that I immediately called her back and asked if she was accepting new clients. Her response was that she would be honored to represent me. Crystal far exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism and knowledge was impressive to say the least. She did exactly what she said she would do, she stayed with me through the entire process right through settlement. She was constantly on top of things to keep things moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way via text, email or by phone. I am so thankful for Crystal in making sure I got the best deal on my next place that I am proud to call home. I would absolutely recommend Crystal to anyone who is looking to make a move to South Carolina. It doesn't hurt that Crystal is a sweetheart too.
