Corinne and her son Joe were instrumental in finding the perfect retirement dream home at the Jersey Shore for Tom and I. Coming from 2 different states and 2 separate households it was challenging to find a home that both fit our needs, square footage and income. We made multiple offers and were outbid. Corinne and Joe knew what were we looking for in a home and found a home that we would not have even considered until we saw it and fell in love with it. Corinne and Joe were with us with every step in the process and were extremely patient, accessible and supportive. Corinne was available any time during the day for questions/concerns. She is very knowledgeable with the seller/buyer's market and gave us reliable information in regards to pricing and negotiations etc. Even after settlement Corinne made herself available with if we had any questions in regards to resources in the area. I was unable to attend settlement on the sale of my home due to inclement weather and needed the paperwork witnessed and signed by a Notary. I contacted Corinne to see if she knew of a Notary and found out she was one! She came to the rescue and drove over to our house in the icy cold weather and notarized my documents! She really cares about her customers and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. I would feel comfortable reaching out to her anytime.
