Lance went above and beyond! My previous home sold in four days with a 30 day Escrow! It meant I needed to find a home asap! Lance was infinitely patient. In the meantime I had to fly back to close on my previous home and trying to juggle the closings of two homes was stressful; add to that a cross country move! Lance found and arranged the home inspection and septic. In addition he helped me to find reputable roofers so that I could get bids as well as an insurance agent who would work with me to get my property insured until I could get a new roof installed. His experience and connections in the area were invaluable to me as a buyer. During the whole process he never tried to influence me but gently guided me toward finding the right home and concluding the entire process. Im not planning on moving again, but if I was I would definitely request Lance as my agent. You cannot ask for any better. I consider myself blessed.
