We looked at 27 homes before i found aEURoethe oneaEUR?. In the meantime I had to fly back to close on my previous home and trying to juggle the closings of two homes was stressful; add to that a cross country move! Lance found and arranged the home inspection and septic. In addition he helped me to find reputable roofers so that I could get bids as well as an insurance agent who would work with me to get my property insured until I could get a new roof installed. His experience and connections in the area were invaluable to me as a buyer. During the whole process he never tried to influence me but gently guided me toward finding the right home and concluding the entire process. Im not planning on moving again, but if I was I would definitely request Lance as my agent. You cannot ask for any better. I consider myself blessed.

My mother owned a condo in Deltona and she asked me to take care of selling the property for her. It was a vacation property at one time but eventually it was just rented out to a full-time tennant and we hadn't visited the place in over twenty years. It's difficult when you're so removed from something but Lance took care.of everything. He accessed the property, he knew the development and the area extremely well. His communication was very consistent and efficient. He took care of many little things that needed doing which kept the process moving along quickly. From the comps I know he got us a good price and he even brought in a better offer at the last minute, which tells you that he keeps on working for you.
