My partner and I are wowed over with the level of service provided through Kim Bondurant. From our initial meeting to closing everything went fabulously. There are several things that distinguish Kim as more experienced and knowledgable than real estate agents we worked in buying and selling previous properties. First, Kim is actively engaged in the real estate process from start to finish. She amazingly was able to find a buyer, have the house under contract, and close (yes, close) in 14 days. Second, her communications skills are exemplary. My partner is very detailed oriented and asks a lot...of questions. Kim addressed these questions promptly and in a way that was understandable. Last, Kim has 15 years of real estate experience and her passion for her work still shine through every step of the way. We plan to use Kim again in the future.
