Irene and Phillip are absolutely amazing! They came into my life at the end of my divorce. Having fought for over a year in attempting to keep my home I was faced with the fact that I might have to sale. I met with them in advance just in case and they quickly put me at ease. I explained to them the situation and they gave me multiple options. Once I made my decision, it was smooth sailing. Being a single mother I was immediately concerned about providing a roof over our heads, they reassured me that I would not be homeless. Not only did they assist with the selling of my home, but they also found me a very nice rental. I can not put into words how grateful I feel for have meeting them. At a time when my world was just a constant uphill battle they put me at ease. Not once did I have to meet with my ex or call my ex, they handled everything. When it came to looking for the rental, they showed me homes that they themselves wouldn't mind living in, trying their best to make sure the home was still on the same standards of how I was currently living. In the end, I have a nice single story home with a huge backyard, close to the freeway in a nice, quiet, neighborhood. One would think that they would stop there, right? Nope, not at all. They both are taking it another step further with helping me in repairing my credit with hopes that I can purchase a home again in the near future. Now who does that? This is my second home that I have bought and sold. Believe me, realtors don't do this. Irene and Phillip have been a God send. They took something that was stressing me out, had me crying myself to sleep at night and made it so simple. They truly care and I can't speak highly of them enough. They're amazing!
