Megan has a way of making you feel at ease. She helps to alleviate the stresses that come with the selling process with her knowledge, her expertise and her infectious laugh and sense of humor. She has been attentive of our selling process from start to finish, and any questions we had, were answered within the hour. Aside from her being a rockstar realtor throughout the process she also has become a very great friend. We can't thank Megan enough for her hard work, expertise, and incredible friendship. ZillowVERIFIED Megan was AMAZING! We were lucky enough to be referred to Megan and I couldn?t imagine working with anyone else! Megan sold our home in literally a couple days! We live out if state and Megan took care of EVERYTHING for us! She literally could not have made the process any easier! I am so grateful that I didn?t have to travel back to LA to do anything , she took care of our property as if it were her own! At the very end of our closing we got hit with the COVID19 panic, and our buyer almost backed out, but Megan put everyone at ease and made sure the sell went through. She is smart, and provides intelligent choices. She has it all. I was several hundred miles away from the property I wanted to sell and she managed it skillfully without us ever meeting face to face. And, more importantly, I felt completely at ease and had every confidence in her ability to navigate this sale without my presence. I actually found her through the Title company I had used to purchase the home. I thought they might be a good "boots on the ground" source for a recommendation. I feel she went above and beyond even after one super solid offer fell through very late in the escrow. She aggressively listed the house again and made sure we had another offer within no time at all. She followed up regularly and was always available to take any question I had, no matter how rediculas it was. Megan made every effort to make selling my house personal and easy.
