When I tell you Brandee is a GODSEND....!!!!!!! She was so helpful and amazing (and quick) about finding a perfect place for me and my roommate! I absolutely adore her, she has been nothing but perfect throughout the entire process. She is an amazing communicator as well. Thank you so much Brandee, everyone will be hearing about you ASAP!

Andy and his team helped us navigate our first home sale. We needed someone in touch with todays technological resources and this is where Andy truly shined. He knew how to best advertise our home and how to attract a constant stream of potential buyers. The property moved quickly and we had multiple offers within 3 days of our listing. I am thankful for the resourcefulness of the Mandel team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a group that is highly motivated to assist home buyers and sellers alike!

Andy and his team were amazing to work with again! He originally helped us find our current house about 10 years ago and was super patient with all our wants and needs. When it came time to list my dadaEUR~s condo, I (mistakenly) went with another realtor as a favor to someone. It sat on the market with no offers for six months, so as soon as we could, we called Andy, He gave us solid advice about the asking price, took better photos, and we had an offer within a week. We have used his recommended title company both times, and the process has been super smooth, with everyone involved walking us through the entire process. I cant recommend Andy and his team enough!

Lissette was absolutely wonderful to work with while helping me find a rental home in the Waterways community in Deerfield Beach. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked diligently to find properties that matched my needs and budget. What impressed me most was her persistence and attention to detail. She stayed on top of every step of the process, quickly scheduling showings, answering questions, and keeping me informed throughout. Her dedication and hard work made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I am so grateful for her guidance and support and would highly recommend Lissette to anyone looking to rent or buy a home. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients.
