Andy is a true professional and his team runs a tight ship. It's tough to buy a house in this market and you have to be willing to make very competitive offers. His results looked impressive and my wife and I had been discussing selling our home since the market was so high, so we thought we would give him a call just to discuss the possibility. Well things literally went from 0 to 100 from there:) Andy came by with some comps and paperwork to leave with us to look over and said to let him know what we wanted to do. Now, I kid you not, Andy called 1 hour later, before we even had a chance to sign the documents, and told us he believes he has a cash buyer for the price we wanted for the home and asked if he could bring them by in a couple hours. And just like that, a full price cash offer was made and accepted! Also its important to note that Andy was able to sell our home for the highest price per square footage this year in Ramblewood. I met Andy through a referral. After just one phone call, Andy came to us well prepared with a few different Estimated Sellers net sheets (based on several listing prices), the Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement, and the Sellers Disclosure. He then gave an excellent presentation, providing details of all aspects of what to expect in the selling of our home. Our house was priced to sell AS IS, as it needed a lot of upgrading. Once we signed the Listing Agreement, he immediately scheduled a professional photographer to take photographs and video of our house. The pictures and video were impeccable, giving our house a more positive outlook. We got an offer from a buyer even before our house was listed on the MLS. After the house was listed, there were many potential buyers due to his excellent work. Andy had originally scheduled an open house for the following weekend, but we did not need to proceed with it because we had an offer pending from the initial buyer.
